Shipping Policy

Products not designated "Delivered" are shipped UPS Ground, or Priority Mail, with charges added to the order.
Shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart and displayed upon checkout. All Shipping charges will be shown
once you enter your Name, Address, and Shipping Information, but before you enter your payment information. 

Products designated "Delivered" will ship UPS Ground Service to locations only in the continental U.S. Price indicated includes all shipping and packaging costs.

UPS Next Day Air Service and UPS 2nd Day Air Service are available for some approved products for an additional charge.

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped by the available UPS Service for an additional charge. Perspectives will be happy to provide a shipping cost quotation upon request. Not all products can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without pre-authorization. We will gladly provide a refund for merchandise returned, less shipping charges, once the return has been approved. Perspectives Color Clause

Product packaging and actual color of product may vary based on computer monitor settings. All colors shown are approximations only. Please contact us for physical samples that may be available to be sent to you. Examine the contents of any shipment for proper color before beginning your project as we cannot be responsible for incorrect color after application. Test areas or sample boards must be utilized to test application results and performance characteristics.

Contents of liquid products should be well stirred and boxed by pouring from one can to another to assure color uniformity. Multiple cans of the same product should be mixed together as you progress with your work.

We cannot control or evaluate your specific job requirements, preparation procedures, surface conditions, application procedures or quality of workmanship. We will give you information and resources to assist you in choosing your products and procedures.
